How do I calculate profit after selling shares in Nepal?
Take the sale amount and subtract broker commission, the 0.015% SEBON fee and the Rs 25 DP charge. Subtract your total buying cost. Capital gains tax is 5% of that profit if you held a year or less, 3.75% if longer.
